Established in 1865, Robert Wilson and Son, Thornhill Solicitor, is one of the oldest legal practices in Dumfries and Galloway. The founding partner Robert Wilson started the firm’s legal business in the ancient Royal Burgh of Sanquhar and his family expanded the practice to the ducal village of Thornhill.
We still operate offices in both towns but our client base is both country-wide and international. Although technology has enabled the legal practice firm to advance, its philosophy remains the same - the provision of a high quality legal service to all of our clients.
